Chief Commercial Officer (Sales Marketing Executive) (14271)

We are seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to join our growing team in Irving, TX. 


Our Chief Commercial Officer will grow our client base and expand our engineering and field services across North America. This position will be responsible for the strategic management of sales, marketing, and commercial relationship with our clients. A key focus is driving new business opportunities and ensuring effective retention and fulfillment of existing business.

Primary Duties:

• Develop and track a plan for growing the business portfolio
• Identify growth opportunities within current client accounts and create a strategic plan to expand our existing services or to add new service offerings
• Determine the quality and operational capabilities of the organization and drive additional sales
• Identify and execute improvements in the customer experience and align our service, messaging, and technology to satisfy this goal
• Identify key client relationships and develop a strategy to maintain a positive relationship and good communications
• Maintain regular contact internally and with clients
• Coordinate and manage marketing and advertising campaigns
• Participate in creating and presenting pitches
• Resolve to the clients’ satisfaction any service-related issues or concerns
• Develop events and activities that create a high level of customer engagement
• Communicate and build marketing campaigns with business owners
• Be in the field meeting with the customer’s representatives on the job site
• Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional between teams
• Solve client problems by developing new services and packaged service to address their needs
• Oversee opportunities associated with existing accounts to add new services
