Document Control Specialist/Office Manager (16068)

We are seeking a Document Control Specialist/Office Manager to join our growing team in Irving, TX.  


This position will be responsible for the review and management of corporate documents including incorporation documents, contracts, business registrations and related legal documents; as well as developing document control procedures for the business.  Additionally, will provide recommendations to senior management as to document form, legal structure, and compliance.

This position will also be responsible for organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures, ensuring organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety of the office environment. Requires an energetic professional experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with minimal supervision.


  • + Prepare and review documents for accuracy, form, legal structure, and compliance; maintain documents in the electronic document archiving system
  • + Develop and maintain document control program including electronic document archiving system, including retention and security procedures
  • + Review and revise document control processes and procedures as required
  • + Develop communication plan to introduce, and ensure compliance with, the document     control system and procedures
  • + Liaise with customers as required on document flow and acquisition
  • + Compile complete document(s) from multiple sources
  • + Rigorously apply and uphold version control
  • + Work within tight schedules
  • + Develop and manage document workflows
  • + Expedite and track status of all documents reviewed internally by projects
  • + Perform office management and administrative duties:
        • * Act as a point of contact for senior management
        • * Manage schedules including itineraries, travel arrangements, and team meetings for     senior management
        • * Design, organize, and maintain filing systems
        • * Manage relationships with office vendors, service providers and building     management
        • * Order office equipment and supplies
  • + Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures
  • + Perform other duties as assigned
