This position will be responsible for the review and management of corporate documents including incorporation documents, contracts, business registrations and related legal documents; as well as developing document control procedures for the business. Additionally, will provide recommendations to senior management as to document form, legal structure, and compliance.
This position will also be responsible for organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures, ensuring organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety of the office environment. Requires an energetic professional experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
