Field Services Associate (Cutomer Service) – 12071

Under the direct supervision of the business operations supervisor, this position provides administration support for the business operations manager, business operations supervisor, field managers, and field staff. Tasks include but are not limited to, directing and assigning email traffic to the appropriate associates, assisting customers from multiple states in a high-volume call center, drafting quotes and organizing proper paperwork for job setups. Great customer service skills and attention to detail are a must as well as the ability to think and work independently. Other activities include shipping of small items to the field support team, tracking of shipments, and inventory control.
Requirements
  • + High School Diploma.
  • + Two years of administrative experience.
  • + Discretion in handling confidential information is required.
  • + Microsoft Program experience.
  • + Good verbal and written communication skills.
Preferences
  • + Some college experience preferred.
  • + Some lifting.
  • + Detail oriented with intermediate technical skills.
