Our Project Controls/Scheduler will be responsible for performing various tasks including: scheduling, preparing invoice and project status reports, meeting coordination, document management, submittal coordination and follow up on action items.
+ Analyze cost and schedule information to generate project reports
+ Prepare and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6
+ Keep track of contract task orders, change orders, expiration dates, budgets and expenditures
+ Review invoices and deliverables
+ Coordinate project meetings and follow up on action items
+ Set-up document management system on a per project/program basis (SharePoint/Server)
+ Assist Project Managers in any other tasks as needed to support a project or program
