The Real Estate Document Specialist is responsible for verifying all right of way and real estate documents, insurance certificates and all application, licensing fees have been properly secured, handled and accounted for. They are fully responsible for generating reports for internal and external reports; ensuring that all documents, reports, and fund transfers are received and uploaded into clients' systems.
