A Real Estate Project Manager is responsible for supervising and managing a variety of real estate projects and plays a vital role as liaison between the firm and various project related entities. A Real Estate Project Manager works with a team of real estate professionals, engineers, clients and third-party real estate applicants, and is responsible for project and program planning, development, budgeting, design, implementation, QA/QC, and other duties as assigned.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Real Estate, Similar Fields of Study or equivalent work experience
+ 5 years in Business Administration, Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Office Management, Project Management, or Similar Field
+ Business Development Skills
+ Leadership and Management Skills
+ 2-5 years of experience in real estate or right of way management
+ Working knowledge of all railroad permitting processes and standards
