This project consists of a new run-through fueling facility, intermodal yard, block swap yard, and locomotive inspection tracks. The project site is 11.5 miles long, 0.8 miles wide and totals 2,200 acres. The project includes two fueling facilities, locomotive inspection tracks, intermodal ramp, and 26 new buildings. Construction on this $400 million project began in 2011. RailPros Field Services staff members are providing construction inspection services, including inspection of grading, site civil, drainage facilities, PCC paving, culverts, and steel fueling drip pans.
