Daniel Carter is the Chief Legal and People Officer at RailPros. He oversees all HR functions and leads all in-house legal endeavors.

Daniel has more than a decade of experience in creating high-performing, engaged teams while driving operational efficiencies and negotiating multimillion-dollar contracts. He is passionate about talent management and maintaining a cohesive company culture.

He has a Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of South Florida.
