This Policy applies to all user information collected through our mobile application (the “App”) and our website (the “Website”). When you visit the App and/or the Website, you trust us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. In this Policy, we seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. We hope you take some time to read through the Policy carefully. If there are any terms in this Policy that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of the App and/or the Website immediately. If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can log into your account settings and update your user account. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our policies, and/or comply with legal requirements. You may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, change that information, or delete it in some circumstances. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register an account in the App and/or the Website or otherwise contact us. All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate. You must notify us of any changes to such personal information. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the App and/or the Website, as well as the choices you make. The personal information we collect may include the following:

Personal Information you provide
We may collect your first name, last name, nickname, address, phone numbers, email addresses, and other similar data.

Information automatically collected
We may automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the App and/or the Website. This information does not reveal your specific identity, but it may include mobile device and usage information such as your IP address, browser, device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, location, information about how and when you use the App and/or the Website, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security of the App and the Website, and for internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Cookies
Like many businesses, we may also collect information through cookies. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and they can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. They may help us remember who you are and deliver content and services based on your personal preferences. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies.

Geo-Location Information
We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the App and/or the Website, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

Push Notifications
We may request to send you push notifications regarding the App and/or the Website. If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.

How we Use Information we Collect

We will not share your identifiable personal information with any third party without your consent. We may use the information we collect or receive through the App and the Website to:

Send administrative information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies;
Keep the App and the Website safe and secure (e.g. for fraud monitoring and prevention);
Enforce our terms, conditions, and policies;
Respond to legal process;
Prevent harm;
Manage user accounts and keep them in working order;
Respond to user inquiries;
Offer support to users; and
Conduct data analysis and identify usage trends.
How we Keep your Information Safe

We have implemented technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we collect. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet is 100% secure. Transmission of personal information to and from the App and the Website is done at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment.

Collection of Information from Minors

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the App and/or the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the App and/or the Website. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. Do-Not-Track Controls

Some operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.

Privacy Rights of California Residents

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to the address below.

If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the App and/or the Website, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the App and/or the Website. To request removal of such data, please contact us in writing to the address listed below and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the App or the Website, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from our systems.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes on the App and/or the Website or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this Policy frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
