The Director of Safety, Rules and Training (SR&T) directs the development and implementation of system-wide safety, health and environmental initiatives in accordance with RailPros Filed Services safety commitment, customer requirements and governmental regulations. The Director SR&T serves as the primary liaison with field associates, customers, federal, state and local agencies and other external stakeholders in these areas. The position provides essential service and support to our Safety commitment and Service Excellence goal.
+ 4 Year Degree
+ Must be able to read, write, and speak clear English
+ Must be able to drive long distances and travel by other modes as necessary
+ Must be able to stand for long periods and able to walk level or uneven ground for prolonged periods.
+ Must have a valid driver license.
+ Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent
+ At least 7 years of railroad experience within the MOW department with a significant portion of the time in the role of safety, rules, and training manager.
