Booth to be based out of Chicago office.
Dallas – February 26, 2025 – Irving, TX-based RailPros announced today that it has hired Michael Booth as Upper Midwest Area Manager.

Booth brings over 38 years of engineering experience, much of it in the Chicago area. He has managed large-scale capital infrastructure projects that included the recently constructed Red-Purple Modernization Bypass and Four Stations; NICTD – Double Track and West Lake Corridor Rail projects; and IndyGo Purple Line BRT.
Booth will report to the Vice President of Engineering for the Central Region, Jennifer (Jen) Drake, and be based out of the company’s Chicago office. He will be the Upper Midwest Area Manager, focused on Business Development and Operations in Illinois and surrounding states. He will also be instrumental in expanding RailPros’ national services in transit planning and professional environmental services.

He holds an associates of art degree in Political Science from North Seattle Community College, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Planning from Seattle Pacific University, and a certificate of community planning from the University of Washington. He is also certified as a planner by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
