On October 11th, 2021, Jennifer Krips accepted a promotion to the position of Marketing Director from her previous position as Marketing Manager. Jennifer has worked in the A/E/C industry since 2005, providing strategic business development, graphics, and marketing services to transportation-focused engineering and construction firms.
Jennifer has been with the RailPros team since 2016, leading the West Coast team of proposal management staff and marketers in the capture planning, proposal development, and graphics and marketing tasks at the firm. She is involved in most of the firm’s business pursuits, providing guidance in pre-marketing activities, the development of proposals, and preparation for in-person interviews. During her leadership as Marketing Manager, RailPros increased its shortlist and win rate by more than 20%.
In her new role, Jennifer will lead the entire RailPros proposal management and marketing staff, assigning and coordinating proposal and graphics functions companywide. “I am excited to have Jennifer move into the new position of Marketing Director.
