Any entry or construction activities on these managed properties must be authorized by the property owner, or its agent, in writing. Written authorization is typically obtained through a Temporary Entry Permit or License Agreement.
Temporary entry permit

Access for temporary purposes ONLY (i.e. surveying, ingress/egress, inspection of bridges, road resurfacing, soil borings or sampling, etc.). Do not use this form if pipelines or wirelines are involved in the planned access.
Pipeline permit

Pipelines that go over, across or under the tracks, trail or property (i.e. water, sewer, gas, culverts, etc.).
Wireline permit

Wirelines that go over, across or under the tracks, trail or property (i.e. electrical, fiber optic, cable, etc.).


The applicant must submit the completed application, plan and profile drawings, scope of work and copy of existing agreement (if applicable) via the links below and make payment of the minimum application fee by check as follows.

Applications may be subject to additional requirements and/or fees. The application fee is non-refundable and subject to change.
