RailPros and COVID-19

RailPros would like to assure our clients and friends that we are taking the necessary steps to protect our staff and those with whom we interact frequently.
Dear clients and friends,

During this time of the COVID-19, RailPros would like to assure our clients and friends that we are taking the necessary steps to protect our staff and those with whom we interact frequently. Most of our employees are working remotely following governmental advice and our RailPros internal response plan. These efforts, along with others across the nation, are expected to help stop the spread of the Coronavirus. During this time, we will continue to provide the high level of responsiveness you have come to expect from RailPros. We are here to serve you and will be able to answer your calls and questions.

We continue to follow the guidance offered by the CDC recommendations, and we are staying informed and reacting accordingly. You may have questions about what we can do together at work and home to mitigate risks and do our part to prevent the spread of this virus. Our people always come first, and in this situation we are closely monitoring developments with the information developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) and listening to questions or concerns you may have.

I am encouraged by the level of communication I have received both internally with my coworkers and externally with our clients. Thank you for your care and concern for each other, our clients, and the business we share. Together we will continue to work diligently to safeguard our team, our families, and clients as we navigate through this unprecedented event.

Stay well,

Ken Koff
