New location is latest addition for Texas-based RailPros, and enables increased collaboration with current and future clients in the Eastern U.S.
Dallas – April 18, 2024 – Irving, TX-based RailPros announced today that it has opened a new office location in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The Philadelphia office will be overseen by Engineering East Vice President Kelly Giblin. This is second new office opening in the last six months as Giblin joined his counterpart, Jennifer Drake, Vice President, Engineering Central in celebrating the opening of the new Chicago office.

RailPros provides engineering, strategic consulting, construction management, real estate and right of way services, track inspections, design engineers, roadway worker in charge (RWIC) and field support services, as well as training and media production to companies in the rail, transit, and adjacent industries across North America. The company has seen a prolonged period of growth in recent years and has openings nationwide.
