Mark Wheeland is the Senior Vice President, Service Delivery at RailPros. Mark leads the Track Inspection & Signal teams and focuses on RailPros’ Service Excellence principles and strategic initiatives that model the safety values and standard practices of freight and passenger rail industry clients. He is a professional railroader with a distinguished 41-year career at Union Pacific Railroad, most recently as AVP Track Maintenance – Southern Region, and previous leadership roles in Track, Bridge, and Signal Maintenance, Track Programs and Track Welding.
