Track Inspectors Quickly Mobilized to Fill WMATA’s Needs As a subconsultant to Gannett Fleming, RailPros is providing track inspection services to the Washington Metropolitan Transit Authority (WMATA). The agency serves 117 miles of track and provides Metrorail services to 91 stations throughout the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Maryland. RailPros is Honored by ITE for The UDOT Traffic and Saftey Project

RailPros, along with other team participants, was awarded the Utah ITE Project of the Year for the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) Traffic and Safety Project. The project team included UPRR, UTA, UDOT, Avenue Consultants, and PineTop Engineers. RailPros assisted in writing a new Statewide Railroad Preemption Manual, which includes current industry standards and best practices specific to traffic signal interconnection with the railroad at grade crossings.
